Hi Tony,

Thanks for the reminder on this. If the option is elected, then I believe we stand to recieve 15 million to be paid over the next 3 years in equal instalments of cash and shares. Is that correct?

If so, we would be due 2.5 million cash and 2.5 million worth of KWG shares unless KWG elects to go with 5 million cash.

What will they do with the cash?? Special dividend to shareholders or more money to "consultants"?

Interesting times with the AGM coming up...
