Fancamp was supposed to provide Pangang with samples for further testwork, a process that would take six to eight months. Its results should be announced by Aug. this year. Where are they now? Is there a trust relationship between management and shareholders? I doubt it all the time. Are insiders buying more shares at current low share prices? Are we buying shares. I added some lately. Is it low enough to activate the buy-back plan? The answer is NO. So, the share price is not moving up as a result.
