Hello Fishercat.

Thank you for your outstanding and exceptionally relevant reporting.
The quote absolutely and flawlessly encapsulates Dr. Smith’s lackadaisical frame of mind.

“The floggings will continue until morale improves!” Peter H. Smith

The sentence attributes “floggings” to “morale.”
Very true. But that’s not the point. It begs the question.

Morale should be left alone, to improve on its own?
Who is responsible for improving morale?
Where should morale be improved?

What influence would it have on the price of our shares:
If Dr. Smith approved the Shareholder recommendation of new and continuing communication channels with selected Industry Leader Companies, including 200 or so influential members of the Securities Brokerage and Advisory Communities?

Is that a job worth doing? Or, is it better to leave well enough alone?

Morale Question #1) When Shareholders for Accountability at Fancamp raised that same question with Dr. Smith—in writing—two years ago: How morale-building was Dr. Smith’s answer, which was not to answer?

Morale Question #2) When Shareholders for Accountability at Fancamp repeated that same question, over and over again: How morale-building—over and over again—was Dr. Smith’s answer, which was not to answer?

Leaving “the floggings” to “continue until morale improves” is another way of saying, “The best policy is to do nothing about it.” According to the same logic: The best way to handle Shareholders who insist on the company being “accountable” to its investors is to consider such Shareholders—as being so loathsome, and as being so unbearable, and as being so repugnant—as to be undeserving of the acknowledgement that collectively owning 30 million shares would ever entitle them to bother their Great Sovereign with such a dreary subject matter.
