Vital point. I missed this, initially.

Fancamp shall not pay a price higher than $0.07 per Common Share.

I was hoping their purchases would actually lift the S.P. out of the range it has been in for a while, back up to 10c or thereabout, but that won't happen with 7c as their limit, which only helps by placing a floor somewhere below that point.
