I really welcome this plan initiated by FNC management as it will not only protect the shareholder's value but also increase dividends to less shares from advanced royalty payment prior to mining operation.

I strongly urged this recommendation in the past through indirect channel to FNC management. At such time, it was not adoped or even opposed by fellow members on this board.

The share price will be heading above 7 cents soon.
