For those of you who may not be aware that that Teleprobe's note was tongue-in-cheek I would add that I also was initially surprised and hopeful when I read the headline of $0.15 cent options, as I was thinking that they would have an expiry date of 1 year, and thus be somewhat akin to a performance bonus (ie reflective of an inpending long-awaited SP driver, such as a buyout or significant buy-in of Magpie) .

But with the true underlying rate of inflation of ~9-10% (for those who follow John Williams of Shadow Stats) the value of our shares will likely have depreciated by ~50 % by May 2019 (50% also being the option price above our recent SP trarding level of $0.10) ...so Even Steven ...the 15 cent level doesn't really provide our management team with a incentive to work harder. ...If you want to truly incentivize them to work for themselves (and thus for us) , then make the 5-year expiry options $0.75!
