I noticed the author was very careful to NOT use the word "Dividend" anywhere in the script but I understand that future dividends to FNC holders where previously mentioned by management otherwise the only way to gain significant returns would be to sell your shares.

One typo I observed was with regards to NOT's Eagle's Nest discovery and the apparent overstatement (X 1000) of the resources contained.
