I'm not sure where people are getting 22M shares of CHM. I thought i pointed this out to From Sudbury, but apparetly not. Surely, you folks are not counting the warrants.

We have 15M shares of CHM. 14M from divesting our 17.5 interest and we had a 1M left over from an earlier transaction. Feel free to confirm this on Sedar.

After the 15-11 takeover/merger of Champion, we will be left with 11M shares of NEWCO. So with the merger, our interest is being diluted.

A lot this talk, ie. not getting a fair valuation, is old news and why there was a push to get rid of the Board in the first place. You can punch numbers all day long with this company to no avail - it has never matched up to being even closely reflected in the shareprice. I have no answers, but I hope it will change soon. Waiting ever so patiently!
