You forgot to subtract $10 million, as we hold ~50% of a 1 billion tonne resource containing 10% titanium....that needs to be financed sometime in the future, so it should be considered a liabilty ....plus we should be penalized for that fact that we have a MOU with a Chinese Company that is the largest steel maker in Western China (it should be with the largest steelmaker in all of China) and is only the second largest vanadium product maker in the world (more penalty points for not being the largest in the world)...sheesh, I am glad that I looked over your work!
