There maybe a lot of intangibles also working in the substance of this deal. FNC sp moving in line with CHM's as it should. Will take a little time for investors to answer the question posied on SH as to the value of the merger with Mamba. I guess it will depend on if Mamba is as under valued as CHM is at this point. I would think it is, so the deal probably structured to be equitable and that should mean FNC +0.02 minimum when the dust settles a bit. Also think the MAU as reported in the FNC nr today is going to have serious positive impact on the Magpie project alot sooner that 6 to 8 months out, imo.
