Interesting comments on Stockhouse...based on a current fully diluted share count of 168 million...if say CHM was to undergo an equity financing to raise $10 million, it would need to issue 40 million shares (say at $0.25) ...bringing the total FD share count to 208 million, thereby diluting by ~25%, as compared to 50% if the deal goes through ...is the addition of Mamba's property and CEO worth the additional 25% dilution?? Perhaps I am over simplifyling ?....
