It is simply a shell company that trades at a price equal to its working capital. Doesn't seem to have any properties of significance. All this transaction does is spin out LL into a company that FNC will own say 70%. So where does this get us? Really- no where, unless they quickly announce that Gimus obtains financing to fund LL.
