Teleprobe, you've eloquently stated through several posts on this hub and via several letters, how the current management of FNC has essentially had a wanton disregard for a large majority of its shareholders , as demonstrated by its seemingly lack of implementation of concrete measures to increase its visibilty and attractiveness in the investment community at large. Although it may have instituted some of the measures that you have proposed, it hasn't effectively communicated those efforts to we the shareholders.

I can only think of one scenario that might be somewhat justifiable for wiillfully employing a strategy to remain below the radar. If the mangement is aware that there exists one or more parties who are interested in our resources but are presently sitting on the fence , due to the uncertainty regarding Magpie's metallurgy and beneficiation for example, strategically it makes the most sense to hold off on releasing those results, until the junior resource market is well out of its current slump. I am certain that everyone would agree that we would get absolutely no bang for our buck at the present time to release such news. Argex released fantastic news, and although its SP increased by 16+% today, we all know that the same news would likely(hopefullly) have lead to at least double that SP increase if released 3 to six months from today. Even in that scenario however, who here would be happy to have SP 50% higher than our current? Not many I suspect, especially those who see the 10+ bagger potential of FNC and who should realistically expect a SP in the $1+ range.

So I will accept the delayed release of materially important information, if management deems it to be strategically prudent for the eventual maximization of shareholder value at take-over or dividend or spin-out. But I don't accept the lack of communication as to what measures our management is/has been employing and how have they progressed. You are correct, they need to be accountable and not in a generalized sense..we need some details. I for one will not invest another penny in this company until I have some.

Cheers, Luker
