hi, new here and fairly new investor in fannypack.

about the resignation from smith. Could it be that he's resigning from rgx to get rid of his insider status so he can further dump? i say this because fnc could very well be selling its rgx shares in october if they don't get financing from another source/option(and nobody wants a dilutive pp). 9m shares could put pressure on rgx and if its the plan smith would know this
