FNC market cap $ 12,400,000

FNC 9 million RGX shares @ 1.26 = $ 11,340,000

FNC 15 million CHM shares @ .405 = $ 6,075,000

absolutely no value for Magpie, Lac Lamelee, McFaulds, etc.
