They are 2 very different entities, from mandate: profit/not for profit; to funding: voluntary/mandatory. Would you really want your public company publishing mid and long term competive strategy discussions, legal postiions, M&A considerations, financial issues and even research, marketing, exploration, etc plans to competitors? I know I would not.

So do we think JL was involved with Frank and Richard or just got played, being the newbie?
