I did not breach any confidential information The PP was being offered on the street and many individuals knew about I was not told anything by anyone in confidence It was not a rumor

Isnt it interesting that PS as chair of board has final say over his CEO When PS was CEO he had final say over chair of board Is this the way to run a responsible public company?
