The point is some of us were assured that there would not be a PP and the company would find non dilutive ways to fund the company Remember how the sp spiked after the proxy announcement I think many of us would be much happier with a SP of .20 and a PP on .25

I wont say I warned us. I dont think we need more apologies for management at this point
