I agree with you and I think with all of our asset they could have sent a good message to shareolder but it seems they decide other way by doing a cheaper pp and I think this may lead off to an affront with some of big shareolder where they may take action on our company faster then we though.

We are so cheap right now that a run to 1$ could just give them enough shares to get control for a cheap take over Bid .... and then what Board will dilute more , more and more.

Presently I hoping for this type scenario since I see no end to that story....
