The ISS did not recommend Peter Smith for the board Why not? He is the CEO.

Many of us are positive about FNC's properties but not about FNC management

Peter did a good job finding properties Time for him to move on.

But you are free to vote for him at the next proxy vote

I expect most of the buying in future months will come from the dissidents not from Peter's supporters
