I understand his name wasnt on the list because he was chair of the Audit Committee at the same time that he was CEO That is a clear no no. The other members were his step son and an old friend Hardly an independent audit committee

Peter is a good geologist who has had 20 years to build shareholder value He is not a good business man and does not IMO enjoy the business end of being CEO He does not enjoy being out there making corporate presentations He prefers to convey information to a few selected shareholders
