The BCSC will perform what they need to, Granger was trying to push them by filing another complaint, would annoy me if I were in their shoes. What does he think, that they're not going to do their job? Or is he just worried that they won't be done by the time of the vote. Or he's just trying to have a reason to put his name out there again.
Frankly, his harping on the disclosure of fees in that complaint makes him look a little ridiculous, IMO. Hardly egregious, if true. Can tell Granger is a lawyer (and not a good one like the ones I've had the opportunity to work with IMO).
Re ISS, why don't you read the report or ask them? At least their recommendations for the management board clears the way for the institutions that need that rec.
It seems to me that FNC will do well with Lafleur as chairman, time will tell.
