I have voted for the takeover side--like many on this board--I also understand what the otherside is posting---who ever wins we have to except--If Peter is still there---I hope this proxy will force him to change his way of thinking---his arrogance towards shareholders--and illegal governace (not proven) but likely true---if he decides NOT to---the next time will be the likely last time----not happy yet but hopeful.
