FNC holds a very strategic property in the ROF

On Friday there was some very positive news with regards to a rail line into the ROF. Rather than people here discussing this as a positive development, we are discussing a proxy battle instead.

What was an opportunity to get a bit of a lift in the share price was overshadowed by this proxy battle initiated by someone proposing to add value here.

As a result, the share price declines on a day it should have gained some traction.
