Surely Sudbury and I are not the only ones thinking along the same lines.
Mr.Smith may not be perfect, welcome to the club, but he has a clear desire and vision to see the company succeed. I prefer that approach to greed any day. By the way, is anyone able to produce a comparative chart of executive level compensation. I think you might be surprised at how comparatively little Mr. Smith takes out of our company. Perhaps a comparison with Champion Iron's CEO might be useful.
Mtl....The letter from current management to All Fancamp shareholders is there for the reading of the facts, which speak for themselves
There really is only one salient fact: Mr. Smith and trusted associates have created one of the most attractive junior mining companies to date which is transparent and in good order.
It is for this reason it is considered to be so highly desirable by the so called members of the " concerned shareholders group" whose intention it is to compromise all the good work done to date, according to their "our plan" agenda. Other fallout would lead to the inevitable destruction of relationships with consultants and service companies built up over the years. I think it is more important to focus on these delicate and important relationships while building value which is exactly what has been happening as I see it.
There is nothing positive to come from the alternate slate. "This way lies madness" if you think about it.
