Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
I think the facts speak for themselves. Firstly, Fancamp is an exploration stage company and is making big strides to becoming a development or royalty company, in my opinion. This is very risky business and think the current management will come through as soon as market conditions improve.
I don't see Mr. Smith as a hobbyist but rather a fulltime committed scientist and executive who has demonstrated over the years the successful ability to keep the company as a going concern - that counts for a lot. He has kept overhead expenses low and works well with others from what I can determine.
Doesn't it strike you as odd that Mr. Granger once dismissed as Chairman runs into the marketplace to buy shares in order to qualify as a "concerned shareholder"?
I can't see the logic in Mr. Granger's proposal with a host of highly paid executives to do a better job. I think he is using whatever manoeuvre he can to eradicate an experienced, educated and very committed group of individuals. Simply put, I don't trust Mr. Granger's commentaries and find them highly questionable.
