Yes, financings are inevitable but discrestionary spending is key or run the risk of diminished returns and Peter failed at this in a huge way. Ridiculous number of grassroots exploration projects on the go eating costs - he has no clue how to conserve cash. At least he did up to 3-4 years ago when the float was only 35M!!! Where are we today?? His pattern of behaviour and financings changed drastically. I think he wanted to compete with the likes of Spider, KWG, UC, Freewest with ballooning the share count. FNC could have been in a whole lot better shape than where we are now, everyone knows it.

He doesn't he represent this company or get out there to deliver presentations, outlets, not his MO... and he didn't even want a website for crying out loud! And when the first one came, it was brutally awful...still is if you ask me. Simply not management material for the 21st century - sorry!

Peter, resolve this fight and resign. Relinquish power and control, this is not about the "shareholder" company alluded to in today's response, this is about "your" company-always has been that way. Incorporated in 1991, at the helm for over 25 years, TIME FOR CHANGE!!!! You are hurting this company big time.

If he doesn't lose or resign, I am seriously planning to test those allegations because i know there was considerable negligence that has cost us all. I'm just simply tired of him acting in pure self-interest with no business acumen.

And personally, i think he's given wayy to much credit for being a great geo so i wouldn't even dare offer a VP position.

PS. Lethalgal - go back and read all your posts from the last couple of years. Surely this new board and direction is a whole lot better than what the last couple of years have been under Peter's stewardship, or lack thereof.
