wakte up Balance.

the problem is that Peter prior to Granger held Ghost meeting - did it by himself and then circulated the minutes for signing.

all of his directors are in NAME only and not really savvy about fnc..... call any of them up and quizz them about the company specifics and you would be amazed.

Listen - Debra and Peter issued the last audited financial statements WITHOUT SHOWING THE BOARD.... HE DID IT AFTER THE FACT WHEN HE WAS CALLED ON IT.
