If you are waiting for the Yellow Proxy in the mail you will probabally miss the vote. I got mine emailed to me yesterday from Kingsdale Shareholder Services (1-866-229-8651). I have printed it, made my vote, scanned it back into my computer and emailed it back to them. As I'am an unregistered shareholder, my shares being held at my broker, the vote would be over by the time I got them by mail and sent back in. Kingsdale have a list of unregistered sharehoder and they found me on it and are now able to vote my shares. Being the same as lots of you, I have held my shares for many years and seen nothing happen with some very good holdings the company has.

Time to move on with a new group of people. The new people can not be any worse than the ones I have suffered with over the years.
