And then there is Granger, ex Chairman of the Board, a part-time position, who received $82,000 in fees as compensation last year, and options worth $251,000 (versus Mr. Smith's options at $207,000). I would say that Granger is expensive, and that Mr. Smith's compensation is reasonable, if not light.
