This manipulation has been performed by a single seller named as "MacQuarie" that sold a NET of 1.6 million shares for the past two months. I would expect the last 600K cross transaction at $.65 today was the last one. It looks like this institution knew CHM would be deleted from S&P/TSX SmallCap index. IMO, it's share price will climb again starting tomorrow.

Mr. Granger might know something positive about FNC as he recently bought 75,000 shares from Sep. 7th to 12th.
