Found this letter from FNC to the BC Securities Commision, but have not seen any NRs on the Annual Meeting.

- Meeting date: 26 Oct, Toronto, but have not seen street address. Educated guess: CHM Office in Toronto?

- Record Date: 21 Sept 2012. Just a few days left to become shareholders.
