From P&E NI-43-101 report (summary page):

"This report was prepared by P&E Mining Consultants Inc. at the request of Mr. Peter H. Smith, President and CEO of Magpie Mines Inc., a Quebec-based resource company."

But as you found out Bloomberg did not have any key execs recorded. Perhaps you can forward this info to FNC PR person for him to have it fixed. They might want to include the fact that Dr. Smith is also the CEO of FNC which has a 46.7% ownership og Magpie. Sheridan Plat has the other 46.7%. The balance goes to a minority entity.
