Luker,

Just watched Kaja's interview on BNN. His was quite optimistic about CHM with speculation about possible off-take agreement by year-end and production in 2015. Taget price is $3.80/s which is 3.80/0.86 = 4.4 x current SP. That would bring the Market Cap to 4.4 x $120M = $530M. FNC 17.5% CHM = $92.8M or 92.8/109OS = $0.85/s (and we are currently at $0.175/s).

Even if we ignore

- the 1.5% NSR from CHM (millions)

- 9M shares of RGX ($7.3M = approx $0.07/s = 40% of FNC current SP)

- Magpie (many millions)

- McFaulds (many millions)

- etc, etc, etc

FNC at $0.85/s (from CHM appreciation alone) would not be a bad floor price for FNC.

All we need is one of the above holdings to take off for FNC to soar.

Hope that there are no fatal errors in my math.
