You forget that these board members are also shareholders and likely much larger shareholders than either you or I so they can't be happy either. The problem is that they are not doing anything to improve their situation nor ours. Hopefully, with our new representative in place that they will start to understand what is needed to make ALL shareholders happy. the deputy
