I also agreed after thinking a bit more about it. In my "quest" for brevity the title "FNC Shareholder Accountability" may not be a good one.

How about dropping "shareholder" and just home in KWG, as in "Fancamp Accountability", or "FNC Accountability". Management is accountable to shareholders and others such as regulators and creditors. We, as a group of shareholders, are putting a spotlight on this and challenge FNC (management) to do something about it.

However, there is only so much we can do. We can bring this accountability topic to FNC's attention, or even prescribe to them exactly what they have to do in order to improve their performance. But as the saying goes "you can bring the horses to the watering trough, but you cannot make them drink".

We cannot expect management to be completly transparent to us shareholders. They are of course encouraged to be transparent, as much as possible and up to a point, without breaching confidentiality or hurting their competitiveness.

If we are really fed up, then we can always vote against management and members of the BoD for wholesale changes, if we have enough votes. But, currently we only have the power of persuation.
