Hello Allouettes,
So, you have noticed my "soft" approach when I mentioned "mgmt's conservatism". I said this out of respect for our CEO and President who is a good geo. But, on other occasions, in some very recent posts, I have suggested bringing someone else (e.g. the CEO of RGX) to steer the ship, including marketting and promotion of the company, as a senior VP or CEO (leaving Peter to do his exploration which he's good at as COO).
I think you are quite right about the fear of losing control of the company. This is human nature and quite understandable. But for the sake of the company and its shareholders one must swallow hard and make a difficult decision.
Another reason for this (current) soft approach is that the company (Peter) appears to have listened to shareholder's suggestion and made an effort to add additional information on the website wrt the 9M RGX shares as recommended. This is a bady step but in the right direction. However, I would agree with you that it's time to bring in some reinforccement to give Peter a hand.
I kind of prefer a graceful solution first. If this does not work then a palace coup may be required.
Cheers,
goldhunter
