I dont think we can know what Argex will or wont do. May depend on what they are paid for the license At the moment the main concern is in the share structure and Pat Sheridan's stock I expect that the prospectus will address the metallurgy concern I dont think raymond James will offer the Magpie IPO to their clients unless they are confortable with the resource
