SG, are you sure that block is not at .225? There seems to be an automatic sell programmed at this price. I know because i hit the bid at this price and it filled my order beyond the ask lot. Also, last mini block MF sold was 200,000 shares at an avg. 29. If someone wants in, they just need to be patient and they will get their shares given the ongoing selling pressure.

I seem to be the only one who has an issue with the deal with CHM and nature of certain clauses that have yet to be explained to me. Raymond James sure seemed reluctant to endorse the deal (go back and look at the wording carefully). I would much rather own CHM shares than have them in Fancamp's treasury knowing they cannot get the institutional support to get the value realized. How is that going to change this time? It hasn't been the case in the past and that's what i have to score mgt on.

Rago - you've been on and on about IA, RJ, all these brokerage mtgs, etc...to no avail. Catalyst after catalyst, we don't move one bit, which is quite impressive given the assets we have...or once had.

Teleprobe - although i barely understand what you're saying half the time, it seems what you're calling for can be summed up in one line to me. It's evident that Management has failed to do its job. Otherwise you woudn't have to be proposing these tactics.

Happy to finally have become a Probe shareholder last week.

Back to the .225 sell program. Although I'm pleased to get some more at the levels, I just can't fathom or understand why that would be the case.

Eudai
