Demand can now have more straightforward cross trades or buy ins. That's good enough news in itself. 2) Fancamp doesn't have to dillute to keep up with Champion spending, 3) 3rd party recommendations and evaluations can proceed now that the deal terms are established. Moving on- ---Champion can proceed to prove 3-5 billion tons, sell offtakes, move to production or sell. Meanwhile Fancamp management can focus on Magpie, IPO, sell offtakes, and move to production.
