Possibly you are correct.I'm searching for a reason for this undervaluation.Is the "market" sick or broke or what?Soon it will be taking a nap.I was suggesting that the "sharper pencils" must be waiting for all of the ducks to line up,all positive signals evident before investing dollars in any venture.They seem to be averse to risk of any kind.
