So far as it was stated and so far as I understand it, the difference really adds up to no
difference at all. Whether Fancamp pays $2 million and then gets back $2 million for
selling 8 million shares in return for the waver is exactly the same as paying nothing
and simply giving up 8 million shares for the waver.

What’s really important is what was not said. One would think this means the issuing
of still another ten million shares at $0.30 (as was in the original agreement) is not
going to happen. But this was not said.
