Note that the exchange of 17.5% JV on Femont did not give rise to 17.5% of CHM shares due to the fact that Champion has other properties worht 60M+ that FNC is buying into and that had to be factored into the equation.

what we are missing is the detail on the Royalty Stream from Fermont - which i hear can be over 30M+ a year based on current expectation of extraction --- that would commence in 2+ years --- WE don't know the life of the property in which to do a discounted cash flow of that royalty.... BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!

some cash may flow this year if a chm can make a deal on one of the smaller properties with offtake deal to generate cash.

Hopefully we see an analyst report with detailed valuation calculation
