1. FNC to trade 17.5% working interest in CHM for 14M CHM + 7M wts @ $3.00, etc.

2. Private Placement, CHM to invest in FNC: CHM to buy 10M units @ $0.30 (for $3M). Attached wt @ $0.60

FNC up 7%; CHM down 3%.

This intertwined relationship is a bit complex for analysis (advantage/disadvantage for FNC or vice versa). Anyone wants to start a discussion?
