The shoe is on the other foot now.

Fancamp is out of CHM, CHM is into FNC.

If you want to own FNC, buy CHM!

Seems like a good deal for both companies but it's not a windfall for either. Just a swapping of paper.

FNC gets a strong case for 30cent floor, CHM is better positioned to move forward or be sold.

I'm not clear as to what kind of company FNC is now. Not ROF, barely gold, I guess it's an iron company and it's best suitor it's CHM?
