Rago, that's a good point. Perhaps, Peter can have the key for 10% plus 1 share of CHM (to to encourage some honest negotiation in a TO from potential suitors), ...and distribute the balance say aprox 7.5% minus 1 share to FNC shareholders to keep them happy...at least to give them an option to keep or to sell for cash (moma and the children may need some new shoes).
