Hi BigD,

It's possible to receive cash in the deal but i would prefer FNC acquired shares. My bet is CHM would have better success creating value for the shares than what PS would do with the cash. Future financings could be done at a higher prices (north of $1.00...yes i'm that bullish) in order to minimize dilution. JMO
