I wouldn't really expect CHM to agree to a limit on future share issuance. What would make more sense, imo, would be to have some sort of clause which would guarantee that any time CHM shares are to be issued, FNC would be given an amount necessary for them to maintain their 17.5% ownership of CHM. I'm not sure how realistic this is, though, and I doubt we'll see such a deal.
