Luker, thanks for the MD and A. I scrolled the document up and down, a few times, but I could not see the 9M RGX shares. Can you or anyone else point the finger to where this 9M shares are hidden? I would have thought that this item would be mentioned right up front in the main boby along with other "holdings".

RGX is up by almost 7% to $0.92/s today, so $8.28M could become handy.
