Fancamp and Champion Minerals Inc. (CHM.V) entered into a joint venture covering seventeen properties in the Fermont Iron District of Quebec in 2007. Fancamp has a 17.5% working interest in the properties, with an underlying 1.5% NSR of which 0.5% can be bought back for 1.5M.

P.S. Don't sell the 0.5% if you don't have to.It should be worth multiples of $1.5M, IMO.
